PROJECT OVERVIEW

Permission was granted to excavate a basement within this logistically challenging location. The end of terraced home was fully refurbished with new floors, joinery, bathrooms, and kitchen. The new basement provided space for the mechanical services whilst still allowing for ample wine storage a family sitting room and guest bedroom and utility room. The use of crittall windows & doors to the rear elevation integrates wonderfully with the courtyard garden.

Full refurbishment: basement excavation, structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical services, new staircases, all fitted joinery, stonework and tiling by Bascomb & Drew.
